This property includes two separate Airbnb units on the same lot: the main house and a private guest cottage. Each unit has its own private entrance, indoor living areas, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), and laundry facilities. There are no shared interior spaces. Guests are expected to be respectful of quiet hours and shared amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool and select outdoor spaces are shared between both units. The pool is a shared amenity and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be courteous to other guests when using shared outdoor spaces.
