The cozy bedroom features a king size bed with a 40" TV and plenty of room for hanging and storing clothes.
BATHROOM and LAUNDRY
The bathroom and linen closet have plenty of towels and beach towels. The shower/tub set up is equipped with a curved shower curtain to give you more room while bathing. Hair dryer, hand soap, cleaning supplies and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Make use of the laundry facilities for added convenience.
LIVING ROOM
In the additional living space, you'll find a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. There is a single recliner and extra folding chair with a fold out table to use for your laptop. The large TV swivels to be viewed in the dining room and kitchen. Roku TV and DVD are available for your use. Enjoy WiFi, AC, ceiling fan and heating during your stay.
KITCHEN and DINNING ROOM
Enjoy the very spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and four barstools. The kitchen has everything you will ever need. Included are an air fryer, blender, crock pot, coffee maker and hot water pot. Cleaning supplies, extra dish soap, trash bags, towels and dishwasher pods included. The dining room table pulls out to seat 4 people as well.
BACK PORCH
Start the morning off with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on the screened in back porch which includes a sofa with two recliners and two outdoor chairs. Relax and take in the 3 acre private view. The porch has a TV with Roku and ceiling fan/light combo.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Spend a great evening cooking dinner on the gas grill and dinning outside. Light up the fire pit and enjoy a nice relaxing evening under the stars.
