Comfortable and spacious property with garden, wood stove and air-conditioning. Come and enjoy Rustico Paradiso, situated 15 minutes drive from Biasca and 10 minutes to the ski resort of Nara.
You will be staying within a short drive from the Swiss Alps and some of the most beautiful sceneries in Ticino.
At Rustico Paradiso you can truly take in the view, relax and experience Switzerland.
The house is on two floors; on the ground floor there is a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower and access to the garden. On the first floor there is a kitchen/dining room with a sofa bed. In the kitchen/dining room a wood stove can be used to provide additional heating while also enjoying the warm atmosphere given by the fire. In the summer guests can use the air-conditioning system installed throughout the house to keep fresh.
The property was recently renovated to provide our guests with all the needed comforts while retaining a warm but traditional rustic look. The area is quiet and highly recommended to anyone wishing to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Blenio Valley, also dubbed the “Valle del Sole” or “Valley of the Sun”, is a paradise for nature lovers and is just waiting to be discovered. In summer the area offers wonderful outings on foot or by mountain bike, immersing visitors in breathtaking landscapes. During the winter months, meanwhile, they can ski or sledge down pistes that seem to be designed perfectly for the whole family, or venture out along snowy trails laid out on flatter terrain for cross-country skiing or for exploring forests and streams.
The area is also steeped in history, which is brought to life in the re-enacted parades of the Napoleonic militias, in the rooms of small and sombre museums, in the ruins of Serravalle Castle or in the workshops of the Cima Norma factory, where the ancient art of chocolate-making has made way for the aromas and flavours of the region.
The valley is also home to hundreds of small rustic dwellings, which offer guests an authentic, quintessentially alpine base for their holidays.
We recommend travelling to the property by car, as there is a free parking space in front of the house.
Alternatively you can use public transports, as the house can be reached in just twenty minutes by bus from Biasca train station.
In Biasca train station take line 131 towards Olivone Posta and get off after 10 stops at Motto Ludiano. From there, walk for 500 meters following the directions given by the Airbnb app on your phone.
