Our B & B is located in a monumental mansion from 1890 on the Parkstraat in the middle of the most beautiful district of Arnhem, the Spijkerkwartier. The Spijkerkwartier is a village in the middle of the city with countless amenities, beautiful public gardens and squares and a lot of atmosphere and cosiness. The city center is a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Once the Volkskrant wrote: "The Spijkerkwartier," little Montmartre "of the Netherlands".
Space
The B & B comprises the entire basement of approximately 100 square meters, is an independent house and has its own entrance.
The spacious living room with two sofas, which can be turned into two spacious beds, has cable TV with a wide range of channels and free Wifi, such as the entire home.
A nice living-kitchen with dishwasher, four burner stove, oven and microwave, freezer, fridge, Nespresso equipment, kettle, citrus press and a large table with 4 chairs make your stay very enjoyable. The kitchen is also well-stocked with service and kitchenware, in short everything you need to cook well.
The light bedroom with a double bed is located to the south with a view on a pond party. Here you wake up in the morning with the singing of birds and that in the middle of the city. The windows are fitted with gates.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. In addition, there is a towel radiator to keep your towels warm. A hair dryer is present.
The hallway / hallway is very spacious and has additional storage space if required.
At the front of the house is a terrace belonging to the residence. Here you can sit and relax.
Smoking is not permitted throughout the stay and pets are not welcome.
Upon request we can put a baby cot in the apartment, please bring the necessary bedding for this. We can also provide a high chair.
We prefer to rent this room from 3 nights. If you want to stay shorter, we will charge you a one-time cleaning fee
