Once a typical Mediterranean, stone farmhouse, this exclusive property still maintains its rustic charm and is surrounded by hundreds of mature trees, fresh country air and terraced landscaping incorporating; a pretty sundeck (with a hammock), a private pool and an outdoor dining area with a barbeque, table and chairs.
The property has been immaculately finished, its spacious interior is warm and welcoming with tasteful furnishings that combine a mix of traditional comfort and modern practicality. The main, open-plan living space features comfortable seating and a dining area with a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a dining table. The country-style kitchen is equipped with an American-style fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast table with four chairs.
Guests also benefit from access to the San Martin Wellness Retreat SPA. Located within a centuries-old natural cave, the SPA includes; a sauna, hot tub, massage area, steam room, sun terrace and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

The San Martin Wellness Retreat (Tas Sienja) is situated in the picturesque San Martin Valley, a 10-minute drive away from St Paul’s Bay, one of Malta’s largest seaside towns. Originally a fishing village, the town is known for its promenade stretching all the way to Qawra and offers spectacular views of St Paul’s Island. The bay’s coast is dotted with rocky bathing spots that are popular places for snorkelling.
The largest beach in the area is Ta’ Fra Ben (an 11-minute drive away), a sheltered rocky beach offering excellent deep-sea swimming as well as a shallow, natural rock pool. A family-friendly option is the sandy Perched Beach, also a 10-minute drive away. Both are Blue Flag Beaches. For a more secluded option, guests can try Imġiebaħ (a 15-minute drive) a tiny unspoilt sandy beach surrounded by rocky hills.
