Townhouse with independent access, located one minute from the sea. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, one with a trundle bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor we have a large living room with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a toilet, and we have enabled a garage to be used as a second living room, ideal for children, or a 4th bedroom with a sofa bed.
Without forgetting the large terrace, which will undoubtedly be your favorite place. Equipped with a wooden pergola, an ideal area to share with your loved ones.
