This delightful property features a light and bright open plan kitchen and living area, sun-room/enclosed verandah, split system heating and cooling, wood combustion heater and a kitchen with oven, microwave, electric cooking and dishwasher, large 55' LCD Smart TV, DVD Player, desk and two spacious bedrooms with built-in robes.
The house also features a renovated bathroom with shower, a European style laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a covered outdoor BBQ area on a large, fully fenced allotment.
Other features of the property include light and bright feeling throughout, secluded, coastal location, lovely gardens and off-street parking for at least 2 cars.
Dogs are allowed on the beach with leads the majority of the year with reduced hours during peak times. Please refer to signage at the beach to confirm.
Sunderland Bay is between Surf Beach and Smiths Beach, walking distance from popular Surfies Point.

Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
