In 2002, we restored the villa with care, preserving its spirit while ensuring modern comfort. It is now one of the most earthquake-resistant homes in Piraeus. As their granddaughter, a psychologist, and mother of two daughters, I have poured love and care into every part of this home. One of my daughters, a game designer, created this listing. The other is studying psychology, continuing the values we’ve nurtured here. This villa carries our family’s story, and it’s a joy to share it with you.
