The Villa is a large residential property located at one end of our property... At the other end is the Main House where you will be served during your stay.
This Villa retains a delightful independence and atmosphere of privacy that our guests like so much as they receive personalized and discreet attention from our staff making them feel at home.
From your entrance you will experience a comfortable, clean, light-filled and peaceful environment surrounded by trees, ferns, flowers of many kinds and the warm pool with a delightful jacuzzi.
Our "PRESIDENTIAL SUITE" is located upstairs with a very spacious layout, closet, chest of drawers, desk and chair, smart screen with access to Netflix and other platforms and a terrace with an extraordinary view of the garden. It has a beautiful private bathroom with shower.
The GROUND FLOOR SUITE is spacious, fresh and with two comfortable double beds that will ensure you a complete rest. It has an independent bathroom and a very spacious closet area. In this room we have a screen connected to Netflix and DISH cable service. At your convenience we can install a crib for your baby in this room.
The INDIVIDUAL SUITE is a fun room ideal for children, relatives or unexpected visitors.
Both bathrooms have all kinds of amenities and linens that we will gladly replace at your request.
The LIVING ROOM is practical and very comfortable... you have a good inventory of magazines, publications and books to read if this is your hobby or just rest and relax checking your Whatsaap or any of the fashionable social networks through our high speed internet link.
I forgot to mention the PIANO, which is good for experienced guests to practice a little or for beginners to learn a lot !
The DINING ROOM has everything you need to have breakfast, lunch or dinner as if you were at home... or if you like to play a good game of dominoes or backgammon we have them here!
The KITCHEN is fully equipped to make from a simple meal to a great dinner... you have all kinds of utensils, pans, plates, plates, glasses, cups, etc a large refrigerator for your food and drinks, (at your arrival you will find inside beer and bottles of water in courtesy), microwave oven, electric oven, electric stove, blender, etc... And if something is missing, we will get it for you!
ALKALINIZED WATER; you have a filter that purifies and alkalizes the water you drink contributing to improve your health during your stay!
FIRST AID KIT is located in the dining area so that in case of need, (knock on wood!) you will have it at hand.
COFFEE STATION, at all times you have a capsule coffee machine or espresso machine to make an espresso and give you your daily supply of caffeine.
The "COWORKING" or "HOME OFFICE" area is spacious, reserved and comfortable... it has office chairs and practical desks to work on your laptop or do your homework.
The TERRACE is right out to the garden and has a dining room for six people and a barbecue that invites you to have breakfast outdoors or make a delicious charcoal grilled meat while you enjoy the beautiful view and the presence of cute birds, butterflies and suddenly some squirrels... we have a fan outside that will assure you a delicious breeze while having breakfast, eating or playing dominoes at the table !
The whole GARDEN is yours, and if you have pets this will become their paradise. I invite you to discover the different species of trees that we have, ornamental and medicinal plants... And if you like plants, we will gladly give you some to take home with you. We also have garden chairs to enjoy your stay in this green oasis even more... we have 2 lounge chairs under the trees and 2 lounge chairs next to the pool for your exclusive use.
The ALBERCA measures 5 x 7 mts. and has a depth of 1.60 mts. I normally deliver it to you at a water temperature between 28 and 29 degrees Celsius and for a reasonable GAS RECOVERY FEE we can heat it to your liking.
The JACUZZI is ideal for children because of its shallow depth they will always feel safe and we can also heat the water to your liking.
PARKING at the entrance is private and can accommodate up to two cars... it is our custom to offer a courtesy car wash and leave your car sparkling clean for your return home.
Outside the Villa you have two parking spaces and if you like to walk or run you have a 1km long circuit within the development safe and enjoyable to do so.
To offer safety and confidence to our guests in these delicate times of pandemic we have reinforced our cleaning and sanitization protocol following the recommendations of Airbnb and recognized institutions in the field. We use commercial cleaning and sanitizing products certified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or the European Chemical Substances and Mixtures Agency, (e.g. Clorox, Amino Quaternary Acids, Lysol, etc).
Upon your arrival you will notice with real conviction the results of this cleaning and sanitizing process that will make you feel safe and protected during your stay in our Villa.
We have temporarily modified our check-in time to 16.00 hrs. in order to ensure adherence to the cleaning and sanitization protocol recommended by Airbnb.
Additionally, we leave at your disposal a kit of cleaning products and sanitizers for you to use liberally during your stay.
