Explore the wonders of the provincial park through invigorating hikes and beachcombing adventures, perfect for collecting seashells with the little ones. Embrace the joy of paddleboarding and kayaking for a splash of excitement, or, in winter, revel in the thrill of snowmobiling.

Step into the cottage, where warmth and relaxation await. Sink into the plush couch, offering a front-row seat to the rhythmic waves lapping at the shore, a soothing lullaby for both daytime and nighttime repose. Don't forget to bring an ample supply of firewood and adhere to local burning restrictions for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our accommodations include two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen. The sofa also pulls out, so we can accommodate up to five people. The accommodations also include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area inside or out, fire pit, and a BBQ grill on the deck.

During wildfire risk season (15 March to 15 October), NO domestic brush burning or campfires are allowed between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Burn restrictions are updated daily at 2:00 pm at https://novascotia.ca/burnsafe/. If you are found to be violating daily burn restrictions the fine is $25,000 so please check the website before starting a campfire!

Current burning is only allowed between 7:00 pm and 8:00 am.

If you need firewood it can be purchased at Hubbards Hardware which is a 6 min drive from the cottage.

Please note, we only utilize these measures to check on the property when it's vacant or during inclement weather conditions. As noted in the guest safety section of our listing you will note there are 3 exterior cameras on the property: one by the front door, one by the back door, and one on the side of the house.
