This home is stocked with amenities; Private Heated Pool (with fee)-Fire Table-Outdoor Grill-Private Basketball Court-Fireplace- "Casa de Naranja" is a "must stay" home.
Casa de Naranja is a tastefully remodeled 2,750 square foot home with four bedrooms: (1) King bed; (2) Full bed; (3) Full bed; (4) 2 Twin beds. The sixth bed is a pull out Queen in the recreation room. Extra pillows, comforter, and linens are in the hallway closets. Please see the floor plan in the photos for layout.
The house has a wonderful backyard with a direct view into Mt. Lemmon. You will enjoy the outdoor dining, private heated pool, private basketball court, and natural gas 5 burner grill. There is a cozy Ramada with fire table to enjoy the view of the mountains in the shade.
Property has exceptional high speed internet with wifi pod to extend throughout the entire home and into the backyard.
There are TVs in the master bedroom (55"), recreation room (55"), bedroom 1 (43"), bedroom 2 (43"). The TVs are Roku streaming only.
Board games are located in the recreation room along with a foosball table.
POOL HEAT FEE:
The relaxing salt pool can be heated at 84 degrees fall-spring with prepayment of $80/night. Pool heat must be requested at least three days in advance of arrival. Typically the pool heat is required for swimming mid October-May.
QUIET HOURS:
Please adhere to the 10pm to 7am quiet hour policy. Bel Air Ranch Estates is one of the premier neighborhoods in Tucson, and is also very quiet. We love our neighbors and just ask for you to be respectful during the posted quiet hours. Any violation of quiet hours may forfeit your stay with no refund.
