Our rental process is now largely automated! If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties during check-in, we are available by phone from 08:00 to 22:00. We also offer phone support after 22:00, but there may be slightly longer wait times.
In case of any issues during check-in, our emergency service is available to promptly resolve them.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a variety of restaurants, with Ludwigsplatz and its wide selection of restaurants and bars being an ideal option for an enjoyable evening. This is just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. If you appreciate the benefits of a self-prepared meal, you can find everything you need for your own candlelight dinner at Rewe City, just a 5-minute walk away. Also in the direct vicinity are the marketplace, Karlsruhe Palace, the Post Gallery, and numerous other attractions that create an authentic city center atmosphere.
Our accommodation is located on a side street in the heart of the city center. Please note that the entrance to the accommodation is in a pedestrian zone.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is available for bookings 24/7, even late at night. Our short-term rental is based on automated processes. Check-in is contactless and can be done late into the night using a key box – please use this key box for check-out as well.
Due to the central location of the building in the city center, there is a pedestrian zone on Bürgerstraße in front of the house. We would be happy to provide recommendations on where you can best park your car!
This Simplex Apartment is a comfortable retreat located just a 3-minute walk from Europaplatz. Rewe City, the Europaplatz tram stop, Postgalerie, and Hirschhof are all in close proximity, offering you an immersive experience in the heart of the city.
The apartment features a comfortable bed (160m x 200m), a table with two chairs, a wardrobe, and a fully equipped built-in kitchen (no oven). Should you require additional bed linen, pillows, towels, or any other amenities, we are more than happy to provide them to you promptly.
In the kitchen, you'll find all the utensils necessary for your stay. As an alternative to the oven, a microwave with a grill function is at your disposal. Non-perishable items are not discarded after use, as we believe fresh products deserve to be preserved!
With our 100Mbit internet connection, you can easily enjoy Netflix, conduct video calls, or work.
The package includes towels, bath towels, and shower gel. Our goal is to make you feel at home while cooking, showering, and resting.
Upon request, we are pleased to provide you with additional utensils between 11:00 and 17:00 if anything is missing!
Thanks to our extremely central location, you are excellently connected to all destinations. Europaplatz serves as the main hub for buses and trains in the city center. From there, you can easily reach all destinations in and around Karlsruhe. The connection by car is also easily achievable.
The travel times to the main locations are as follows:
- To the main train station: approximately 9 minutes by train
- To Europaplatz: about 2 minutes on foot
