This unexpected hideaway is nestled in 1.3 acres of lush fruit trees, berry bushes, & peaceful pathways while still conveniently located on the outskirts of the city. The sasquatch-themed property has surprises that will delight all ages & revive your soul as you take a calm, peaceful walk through the trees or enjoy a meal in one of two picnic areas. Keep exploring the back and find Sqauatch's den, hidden by a maze. Stay inside for Netflix or play one of the many games from our game board wall.
The Space:
*Front room has a large Smart TV (just sign into your accounts and watch as if you were at home). It has a leather sofa, recliner, and a custom hand-carved log coffee table.
* Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, utensils, basic condiments and spices, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, toaster, and microwave. Totes with game pieces in cabinet by sink, instructions in drawer.
* King bedroom has a hand carved king size log bed, and a sink.
* Queen bedroom has a queen size wood bed, two side tables, and a hutch.
* Twin bedrooms have two standard size twin beds.
* Covered back deck (to be renovated soon)
* Front yard with meandering pathway and lush trees and plants.
* Backyard with pathways through fruit trees, evergreen trees, and more
This home and property are very unique to the area. It was rescued from demolition and developers and is a work in progress. Older, established neighborhood of single and multifamily residences, close to convenience stores, Walmart, Lowe's, Fred Meyer, Safeway and a multitude of restaurants. You cannot get a better value for the price where an entire family can stay for less than a motel with all of the amenities you need to make your stay feel right at home.
No access to garage
* We have 2 cameras at the front of the home recording 24/7. One is pointed at the front yard and the other is in the driveway/ parking area. The Doorbell camera is also on and recording 24/7.
Guest Access:
Guests have access of entire home with the exception of the garage, where we keep personal property. Guests have access to the front and back yard. Please note that the back and front yard are both being changed and cleaned up to make it a more magical place. Please excuse areas that are not yet finished.
The Neighborhood:
Older, established neighborhood of single and multifamily residences, close to convenience stores, Walmart, Lowe's, Fred Meyer, Safeway and a multitude of restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
* We have 2 cameras at the front of the home recording 24/7. One is pointed at the front yard and the other is in the driveway/ parking area. The Doorbell camera is also on and recording 24/7. PET POLICY:
* We are one of the few rentals that choose to allow dogs. We are sorry, but cats and other animals are not permitted.
* Dog bowls are provided
* Only potty-trained dogs are allowed.
* The front and backyard are not fully fenced. If you bring a dog you must keep it on its leash.
* DO NOT allow your pet on any of the furniture, and please do not allow them to scratch it. The front room sofa is high quality real leather and would be very expensive to replace.
* Always clean up after your dog.
* Please do not allow your dog to disturb the neighbors in any way.
* Pet fee is $25 per night per dog, limited to 2 dogs

We live nearby and can be available as needed but you will likely have no interaction with us unless there is a special circumstance or unless you request something.
