This lovely "five star" townhouse with high end interior design is situated on the Bela Colina area of Boavista Golf resort, 5 minutes drive from the town center of Lagos & beaches - Western Algarve.
THE VILLA :

¤ large fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner (including halogen hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle) with sliding doors to the living outdoor area, complete with a dining table that seats 4, West facing and receiving afternoon/evening sunshine, leading onto the small garden area always tended. The inside dining area has table and seatings for 6 people, flat TV screen.
¤ downstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and a large built-in wardrobe and a safe box
¤ dowstairs shower room, just next to the bedroom, with shower enclosure, washbasin and toilets. Welcome shampoo, soap provided.
1st floor :
¤ the elegantly furnished lounge offers twin comfortable sofas, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player. It leads out onto the open terrace (with sun loungers) and its panoramic view enjoying wonderful sunsets.
¤ the master bedroom, with a king-size bed (option for separating to twin beds) has built-in wardrobes and small balcony (East facing, Lagos bay view).
¤ En suite bathroom with bath with shower, washbasin and toilet. Welcome shampoo, soap provided.
