Home has a sauna, indoor fireplace, indoor sauna, spacious patio, and upstairs decks facing both the front and back of the home for two beautiful views of both the water in the rear of the home and marshlands in the front. Water in back of the home, outdoor shower, 2 kayaks, 4 bicycles, launch area for the kayaks and other small crafts (at high tide), and indoor/outdoor games available to you (all included). Summer Island private beach access, Sunset beach access, and Linden beach with an awesome diving board into the ocean!
Upstairs- Master bedroom suite has a king size pillow top bed, its own private bathroom, walk-in closet, personal deck with high top seating for two, personal television, and work desk. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs with another full bathroom. These two bedrooms have a queen bed in each. One of the bedrooms has a personal television. Both bedrooms include closet space and a shared upstairs deck access. There is a full laundry unit closet upstairs as well.
Downstairs- Downstairs is a beautiful open concept kitchen, a quaint den for relaxing, living room with 65in television and 5 reclining leather seats, work station in the living room, family style dining table with views of the water, and a half bath. Additionally, the 2 car garage may be utilized for your vehicles and/or to store personal recreation items.
The area- Summer Island is a part of a great shoreline community. Everyone in the area is very friendly and here to enjoy the beautiful area. We will provide you with a list of the great local restaurants, activities, and beautiful sites to enjoy the full experience of what Branford Shores has to offer. With 3 beaches within walking distance you can enjoy the morning rise, sunset, and gorgeous day by the water.
