SPACIOUS California ranch style house, one-of-a-kind views of the mountains, sunrises, sunsets and most nights, CAPTIVATING views for star gazing.
This bucket list vacation spot is the home to alluring and allusive wildlife. Keep your eyes on the fields, and the surrounding forests for deer, bear, coyote, rabbits, squirrels, bobcats, fishers, turkeys, and maybe even Sasquatch sightings. ;)
Hiking, hunting, fishing, ATV and snowmobiling it doesn’t get any better than this!!!.
The Space:
Upon arrival, drive up the concrete driveway, that big barn will be on your right, to the rear of the house. You have tons of parking.
Parking:
 Lots of concrete parking is available, there is hard gravel parking at bottom of the driveway.
Entrance:
 You will be provided with a key code a few days before your arrival date.
 Key code will open the man door to the left of the sliding glass doors.
 Step in then to the right, up the step to the right and unlock the sliding glass doors.
At the Sliding glass doors:
To the RIGHT
 Modern kitchen, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, gas top stove, breakfast bar,
 Updated full bathroom w/ large tile, glass doors shower, clean, private, and spacious.
o Linen closet stocked with clean towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
 Bedrooms:
o Queen bedroom: 2 beds with clean sheets and comforter provided.
o Twin/Full bedroom: 3 twin and 1 full bed, fully made sheets and comforter provided.
Strait ahead:
 Sun filled contemporary den with a working brick fireplace, comfortable seating for all bums after the long car ride.
TO the Left:
 Large dining table, for intimate meals or family dining
 Laundry room: large washer and dryer for any or your washing needs, in case of any “accidents”.
 Great Room: well-lit for games, reading or catching up.
o comfortably accommodates a sectional couch, 3 large recliners, entertainment unit, large screen TV, Wi-Fi, coffee table, and end tables, league size pool table with pool sticks and chalk provided.
Second floor (down the steps from the kitchen)
To the Left:
 King Size retreat to the private King size bed bedroom, intimate and quiet, with a full private bathroom
To the Right:
 Large rustic den with fully functional fireplace, large screen TV, large sofa w/ throw pillows, 2 large recliners.

When you park the vehicle and take a minute to take in the spectacular view of the upper property with fire ring, log seating, and the mountain side view, if its late, deer are usually in the field.
Enter through the security door to the right of the sliding door, code sent to you a few days before your arrival. Daily entry will be through the sliding glass doors, handicap ramp with rails provided.
Step into the sun-filled ranch.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped custom-built kitchen with breakfast bar, and bar chairs, hours of beverages have been drunk, conversations have been had, and planning have happened at this bar. To make your cooking experience a happier on, gas top stove, double sink with dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig (Keurig coffee available), pots, pans, utensils, plates and coffee mug are provided. The kitchen is one of the most important spaces in our homes. It sets the tone for the day as we make our morning coffee, and for many of us, it's the space we use to unwind.
Dining: Large Oak dining table with 2 leaves and wood chairs, extra chairs are in the closet off the kitchen at the top of the stairs.
Your dining room is one of the most special spaces in our home to make memories, it's a luxurious and comfortable seating for all your favorite people, some meals deserve to be elevated and appreciated in style with those you love.
Great Room: Well-lit spacious room with vaulted and wood beamed ceilings, large screen TV, wrap sofa, 3 recliners, room to stretch and entertain. Oak POOL TABLE, with drop pockets, beautifully crafted, pool sticks, racks and chalk provided, bar type benches and chair to sit and relax that complement the pool table.
Laundry Room: New washer and dryer, Iron, full size ironing board, hangers, vacuum, mop, broom.
Dens with fireplace: one on upper level and one on lower level. Spacious for game night, cozy up with a book, or playing hide and seek.
Bedrooms: Your bedroom is your personal retreat, the place you go to rest and recharge, lamps in the Queen room have USB ports for phone chargers.
Main floor: Queen Room: 2 queen beds, Twin room: 2 bunks: 3 twin beds and 1 full size bed.
Lower level: 1 King size bed
In case one of you, and you know who you are, SNORES there are 3 Sofas to sleep on. Not sure how comfy it is, but it’s better than the floor. Lol.
Other sleeping areas: 1 in the Great room, 1 in the main floor living room and 1 in the Den on the lower level.
OUTSIDE:
 Large swimming pool approx. 4 feet deep at the end closest to the house, approx. 12 feet farthest away from the house, diving board, large swimming pool floaties, lounge chairs provided.
 Seasonal: open approx. in June and closes approx. in September
Fire Ring:
 Large Fire ring for a bond fire feel, seating around fire ring. Firewood on site.
Mountains and fields:
 Hiking them all, if you don’t see wildlife, or find a deer shed/antler, you will certainly find/step in deer poop, then you can mark that off your bucket list.
