Recently built, this inviting and spacious four bedroom home is perfect for a family getaway or extended stay. Located on a quiet street close by the gorgeous North Woolooware village shops and train station, with the cafes, restaurants and beaches of Cronulla just a short stroll away.
Arrive through the keyless entry door to be greeted by architectural details of polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings and high end joinery. This stunning home flows over two levels, with open plan living downstairs, complete with a spacious kitchen with separate laundry and butlers pantry flowing onto a north-facing outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. Boasting a stunning pool overlooking a private garden, this pet-friendly space is a perfect place to enjoy family time together.
The home has four bedrooms and three gorgeous bathrooms, including one with a large bath, as well as a separate second living area or rumpus room upstairs for the kids, and has plenty of space to accommodate families of up to six people. The home has ducted air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans in every bedroom, ensuring your comfort in all seasons.

Take a stroll around the bay (we will leave directions for a private bay beach only a few minutes drive away that only the locals know about!!), or wander down to the wharf and catch a ferry to Bundeena. There are a myriad of award-winning restaurants a three minute drive away in Cronulla, with many offering high quality food through all your favourite online delivery platforms too. Great coffee is also close by, and our guests will be treated to a $50 voucher for an indulgent breakkie or lunch from our local favourite, Blackwood Pantry.
Self check-in through a keyless entry system with your PIN code available on your day of arrival. The entire home will be yours during your stay, including storage cupboards and the single lock up garage which has another parking space in front of it.

This beautiful home is the perfect retreat for kids of all ages, with plenty of toys, games and baby equipment available upon request.
