Résumé: We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We chose this property for its size and the backyard. We had more than enough space inside the home for my immediate family, including 3 children 5 and under, and two adult cousins. The swingset in the fenced-in back yard was a huge hit. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day stay and the floor plan is nice and open so there was plenty of room to lounge and play. The house is on the corner of the entrance to a large neighborhood with a beautiful walking path. Now, onto the few improvements. A few lights were out (the 1st floor powder room and front door exterior lights - which made it challenging to type in the entry code on the keypad at night). There was also pieces of garbage, debris, and old toy balls in the backyard on the side away from the play area. This was not fresh litter - it looked like it had been around for a long time. Since this property is being advertized as family-friendly you would think someone would clean up the yard. Lastly, the owner should take photos and any mention of the hot tub out of the listing - it was in complete disrepair and clearly has not been functional in years. We had no intention of using it when we booked the property so it did not matter to us, but it could to other potential renters. Like the title states, overall we enjoyed our stay here. We have family in the area and would stay here again.
