The building is a triplex and there are 2 separate apartments above you and neighbours close by, so please mind the noise.
The heating/cooling is controlled by the upstairs apartment, please message us if you are hot/cold and would like the temperature adjusted - it's no problem at all, we want you to be comfortable!

- An early check-in time may be arranged.
- Outdoor cameras are located on the exterior of the house.
The separate entrance to the apartment is located at the back of the house where parking is also available. It is accessed by walking through a pathway off the driveway and going down a private locked staircase. The staircase is a bit step so be careful going down into the apartment. The backyard will be shared with the other tenants in the property.
