Welcome to our spacious mountain home in Boulder County, offering the perfect family vacation spot. Perched high on the mountain, this home provides breathtaking 180-degree views of the surrounding mountains and Barker Reservoir. The stunning panorama can be enjoyed from every level and through the picture windows that grace the house. Gazing upon the Indian Peaks Wilderness, the Continental Divide, and Barker Reservoir Lake, you'll be captivated by the natural beauty.
Filled with sunshine throughout the day, our home allows you to witness the sunrise over the mountains, observe wildlife during the day, and marvel at the starry night sky while gathered around the fire pit. It's common to spot elk and deer grazing in the yard, providing an immersive wildlife experience.
Our fully-stocked home caters to your every need for a mountain vacation. From high-end finishes and a double oven to warm blankets, portable heaters in each bedroom, and a pellet stove in the living room, we have thought of everything. Ample parking is available, making it perfect for family gatherings.
Inside, we provide amenities to enhance your stay such as our fully stocked kitchen which includes a coffee bar and spices, bathrobes, bed warmers for the king beds, and even a bathroom warmer in the upstairs master bathroom. In addition we have an ample amount of board games for entertainment.
The home features various sleeping arrangements across its floors, including a first-floor basement apartment with a king bed, pull-out couch, en-suite bathroom, electric fireplace, and living area. The second floor offers the Bear Lair bedroom with a king bed and office desk, as well as the Snow Sleeper bedroom with a queen bed. On the third floor, you'll find the Master bedroom with a king bed, double bed, and en-suite bathroom, while the Zen bedroom features a queen bed and en-suite half bathroom.
Wheelchair Accessibility:
The first floor is wheelchair accessible to the basement apartment, which includes a living room, king bed, kitchen, and bathroom. However, please note that the bathtub on this floor is not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator to access the primary and second floors.

Despite the remote and serene atmosphere, the house is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Eldora Ski Mountain, a 15-minute walk to the charming downtown area of Nederland, and a 25-minute drive to Boulder. A nearby coffee shop provides a friendly atmosphere where you can mingle with locals and enjoy live music performances.
