The newly renovated kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, as well as an induction hob. An air-conditioning unit will keep you cool in summer, and there are comfortable stools at the benchtop and at the wall-mounted meals counter opposite. These two share the family bathroom with its vanity area, shower and separate bathtub and a separate toilet. All linen is provided.
A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer sits conveniently downstairs. All appliances can be run during the day on solar, the washing machine heats its own water and the heat pump tumble dryer is energy efficient.
