This newly built villa is stylishly decorated to give you that Ibiza feeling.
Situated in the centre of the nice village of Santa Christina daro we have done everything to make our house as comfortable as possible for our guests. With 3 bedrooms with a good double bed each and one office with a comfortable sofa bed and two very modern bathrooms. The master bedroom which opens up to the pool area is en suite with a spacious shower and bathtub in one.
There is an open plan living room and very nice well stocked kitchen with double fridges/ freezers.
The living/ dining room open up on both sides with glass sliding doors. On one side to the side of the house with a nice bbq area and fresh herbs and on the other side to the terrace and the pool. The pool has a special gate which can be put up on request for the protection of small children. At the front of the house there is a large rooftop terrace with great views of the beautiful green mountains of Santa Christina . There is a covered fenced parking next to the front door.
At the bottom of the house there is another gate from where you can walk to the center for your groceries or for some nice lunch or dinner at the local restaurants. Within 5 minutes you can walk to one of the bakers and or coffee places.
There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and 4 restaurants and a few cafes. There is a nice bike and walk-in trail just outside the front of the house. There is a golf course 5 minutes away by car and the nearest beaches are about 10 minutes by car.
It’s a perfect house to have a wonderful holiday with one or two families or friends, enjoying the pleasures of our very comfortable house with various terraces and still close to the most amazing beaches of the costa brava and the lovely villages of platja daro and sant Feliu de guixols
