The condo comes fully-furnished and fully-equipped with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, spacious open living-room, dining-room, kitchen area and a separate laundry room. Additionally, there are 2 living room pull-out sofa beds to accommodate up to 7 guests.
The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, a queen size bed and more spectacular views. The guest bedroom has a second queen size bed, its own access to the front balcony and even more spectacular water and mountain views.

There are kilometers of waterfront walkways that begin at the bird sanctuary right under this condo and offer visitors many relaxing kilometers of park-like setting in all directions. The resort offers a year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool and a year-round outdoor hot tub as well as a large second heated outdoor seasonal pool with yet another hot tub. Additionally, there is a sauna, a fully equipped gym, an expansive games room with pool table, table tennis, foosball, comfy sofas, with a fireplace and a bar/sink/fridge for gatherings. Additionally, there is a large gas fired outdoor BBQ and eating area adjacent to the outdoor pool and hot tub.
The suite is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV over the fireplace for streaming Netflix and YouTube or watching cable channels in the living room. Unlimited free High-speed internet is provided over WiFi. The living room also has a dedicated office space with panoramic lake and mountain views. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar area seats an additional four. Appliances include a high-end double boiler cappuccino/espresso machine, two coffee grinders, a blender, popcorn machine, 2nd coffee maker, toaster, microwave, ceramic stove top, convection oven, and fridge/freezer.
This condo also has its own in-suite washer/dryer laundry room including an iron/ironing board and comes with all the laundry detergents soaps.
