Filled with special pieces you have to see at the property with your own eyes. Jam packed with things to do and located centrally between the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and Denver.
Explore Denver/Arvada, take it easy in our 5 king beds, shoot some pool, play some air hockey, or step outside for games and a fire. This is truly a special place.
Make your way to Downtown Denver, Empower field at Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, The RiNo art district, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, or Downtown Golden, CO, in 15 minutes. In 30 minutes, you can be at the Denver International Airport, Boulder, CO, and many more of the Denver area's attractions. You'll be just .25 miles off I-70, or a ten minute walk to the G-Line Train for easy transportation access wherever you need to go.

This home has 5 bedrooms and 2 rollout beds which in total can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. There are a total of 5 King beds and 2 rollout beds.
Bedroom 1 - This groovy bedroom features a king bed and one of a kind art work.
Bedroom 2 - This ground level bedroom includes a king bed and a wall of awesome pieces I found all over Denver
Bedroom 3 - This ground level bedroom has a 12" memory foam king mattress and disco fever art work.
Bedroom 4 - This downstairs bedroom is a massive second master with a king bed and reading chair.
Bedroom 5 - This downstairs bedroom has a king bed and bean bag chair to hang out with friends.

You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find one walk-in showers and one shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
There is a beautiful dining room table perfect for cocktails which comfortable seats 4 to eat together or to play an afternoon board game on. The open-plan setting offers a nice flow between all rooms in the main living space.

Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find a multipurpose game table capable of hosting ping pong, air hockey and billiards. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
We are available for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Our neighborhood is nestled within two miles of Olde Town Arvada - one of the most popular up-and-coming restaurant and shopping areas in all of greater Denver. You're within two miles of Walmart, Super Target, two grocery stores, and several amazing restaurants. Our home is a five-minute walk to Jack B. Tomlinson Park, which has a playground, walking path, and a pond.

PARKING: If you're facing the front of our house, your parking spot is on the right side - directly in front of the gate you use to enter our backyard space and get to the door to your suite. Please be sure to park as far left in that driveway as possible, as it is shared with our next-door neighbor. Additional parking is on the street in front of our house.
TRANSPORTATION: We live .25 miles from I-70, a major highway that leads you anywhere you need to get to in and around Denver.
The G Line train is a ten minute walk from our house. For $3 (or $6 for the entire day) You can get to Union Station, which can then take you anywhere around Denver - even the Airport.
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway and one in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.
