Our Ground Floor Apartment is a delight to visit. Spacious, bright and modern you can really feel at home here in Stonehaven. The Apartment has Open Plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining suitable for 4. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a Dishwasher. Enjoy comfortable beds and modern Bathroom with Raindrop Shower over the Bath.
Stonehaven is rich in activities and there is plenty to do during your stay. Within a short drive, or longer walk, is the famous Dunnottar Castle to the south. To the north of the apartment is Stonehaven Open Air Pool, which is open from May to September and is heated.
You are spoilt for choice for eating out or dining in options. Try Cool Gourmet, in the old High Street, for fabulous home bakes and delicious soups, or the two pubs down at the harbour, to soak in the ambience of harbour life, both of which do excellent bar meals. Also down the harbour is the Tollbooth Restaurant, which provides a touch of luxurious dining with fresh, local ingredients.
For ice cream, try E Guilannotti for authentic Italian gelato, or Aunty Betty’s for ice cream with sprinkles. Fish and chips fans are well catered for with two award winning fish and chip shops. The Carron, in Allardice Street, and The Bay on the north side of the bay (close to the open air pool) are both excellent.
