This professionally designed home leaves no space untouched with its character and thoughtfulness. In the large living room entertainment and relaxation are catered with a couch to relax on (that also conveniently pulls out into a queen sofa bed if an extra bed is needed). The 65" 4K TV is just one of the dominant features, which provides access to some streaming devices, some basic cable, Xbox One, and PS5. In the cabinet you will find a couple family friendly board games to play as well.
The large open concept kitchen space with a large luxurious island (seats 3) has everything you'll need to prepare a family dinner or have a morning cup of coffee (starting supplies provided for Keurig, Nespresso, Pour over). Enjoy the new modern dining table (seats 4) to host your family or friends for a full dinner experience. You'll love this beautiful space!
When you head upstairs you'll be greeted with a hallway of bedrooms, a laundry space (starting supplies provided), and a full guest bathroom. On one wing of the upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom which has a comfortable tempur-pedic king bed (sleeps 2), and large 4K Smart TV, walk-in closet (with pack n play and an air mattress if needed), workspace/ desk, and an attached master bathroom (supplies provided) - you may never want to leave this room!
On the other wing of the upstairs houses the other 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and second pack n play crib in this closet as well. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4).
You will also be provided a 2 car garage. If you prefer there is normally plenty of free street parking right in front of the unit too.
Guests will have full access to the 3 bdrm townhome, enclosed front yard space, and a 2-car garage. Steps away is the beautiful green neighborhood park with lush greenery and trees perfect for a morning walk, exercising or playing with your pets (conveniently close location for your fur babies! Yes, we are pet friendly) or children to run around. Steps in the other direction is Guadalupe St. where you are just minutes from all the action (shops/ restaurants/ bars/ clubs). You will love this location!
Our team want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping an up-to-date and sanitized/clean property is what is most important to us. Janine will be available 24/7 via phone, text, or messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
Janine takes the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with Janine in person during your stay (unless there is an issue than needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

*Bringing pets? There is an additional fee of $75/night per pet. If you choose the option for a pet and it exceeds that amount we will send you an invoice post-booking for the remaining balance. Please notify me prior to arrival (up to 2 pets) — over 20lbs requires $250 pet deposit
*No smoking or parties!
*2 Pack ‘n Play (Cribs) and full size air mattress available in closet, if needed
*If wanting early check-in: $50 early check in fee. Once fee is paid we will send access instructions early. Please note: *early check in is not guaranteed and we will only send an early check-in fee request if the unit is ready for you early. Regularly scheduled check-in time is scheduled for 4pm.
*Wifi speeds up to 1GB! (FAST)
*Rental Agreement must be signed for insurance reasons in order to gain access to the property
*We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. If you're eligible for a full refund under our cancellation policy, we'll be happy to issue it accordingly. Please note that the refund will be processed minus any applicable credit card processing fees.

*Minut – sound detection at high decibels – I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector – I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras – inside the garage, exterior garage area and front door exterior. In place for security and liability reasons. Motion detected and recorded
*Kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250, temporarily held as a pre-authorization on your credit card, will reflect during the week of your departure. This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.*

Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. With the current concern over the coronavirus, we have taken further precautions. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so.
