This brand new studio was completely renovated and decorated in January 2014 with a real double bed (slatted base) in the living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is the ideal location for exploring the Halles market (2 minutes away).
The studio is located 1 minute walk from the GODRANS tram station, 5 minutes from Place Darcy, Place de la République, ESC or Sciences Po.
The markets are held on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings. You will find there delicious products to cook up why not a Gaston Gérard chicken (mustard sauce with grains) or eggs in meurette accompanied by a Pommard. Unless you decide to take advantage of a sunny terrace to have lunch in the clamor of an end of market.
The 'Godrans' tram station is 1 minute away and connects the train station or in the other direction the university campus or the Olympic swimming pool among others.
In the evening, the République district and its superb square with water jets, newly renovated in Burgundy stone, concentrates the bars and clubs where to go out (Le Salsapelpa, le Chat noir ...).

The studio is located on the 4th floor accessible by stairs. It will be entirely at your disposal and you can feel at home there!

TRANSPORT
The GODRANS Tramway station is central and allows you to come directly from the station in a few minutes. Parking spaces are available in front of the building (€ 3.60 per day) or at the Trémouille guarded car park.
