According to legend, Villa Kirvas got its name from the man who founded the city of Ierapetra -coming from Rhodes Island-, which was considered one of the greatest cities in antiquity. The villa is situated in the Ferma village right on the beach of Kakia Skala. Today it is fully renovated and redesigned with a modern flair, extending to 2.000 sq.m. The exceptionally designed exterior comprises a private beach area filled with luxurious sunbeds, pillows, and umbrellas, a grownups pool (4 m. x 8 m.) along with a kids pool (2 m. x 2 m.), comfy loungers, playground, two different pergola areas, 100 sq.m. grass yard, and let’s not forget the pine and olive trees that complement it just ideally.
The pool heating system can be used with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice. (available from April 2023)
