It’s just minutes from the restaurants, bars, golf and amenities of bustling, upmarket Champions Gate.
A spacious and well-appointed pool house located on the tree-lined gated community of Manor at West Haven, Davenport. The villa is ideally located – 15 minutes from Disney World, less than 5 minutes from Champions Gate (which includes Publix supermarket and championship golf) and 15 minutes from the up-and-coming Posner Park shopping mall.
On arrival at this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property you will love its front elevation framed by lush tropical landscaping, well-manicured lawns and fresh brickwork paving. The villa boasts two generous owner’s bedroom suites complete with king-sized beds, walk-in closets and direct pool access. Both have en-suite bathrooms featuring dual vanity units, walk-in showers and a sizable bath. The third and fourth bedrooms are themed twins and share the third bathroom, which also offers access from the pool area. A large open plan living area is styled with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and large sliding glass doors that open onto a spectacular outdoor oasis. The huge, covered lanai is a perfect family relaxation area, while the sparkling pool & spa is well equipped with loungers and casual seating. Importantly, this villa is one of few with no rear neighbours. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and highly private. A newly renovated games room features an air hockey table, pool table, cycling machine and bar area. A BBQ is available for guest use.
The villa is fitted to a high specification throughout. Key features include 6 smart Roku TVs (full cable, Netflix/Disney etc, one outside), complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, a kitchen featuring Corian surfaces and washer/dryer facilities. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat eight people. All bedding, towels and pool towels are provided.
We try to help make the journey as hassle-free as possible for young families. A stroller, travel cot, baby monitor and high-chair are all available free of charge. The pool area has a removable child security fence available and every rear door is fitted with a pool alarm that activates when opened.
The Manor is a welcoming community which includes a tennis court and children’s playground – both located a short walk from the property.
Finally, there are several flexible airport options. Orlando International Airport is a 35-minute drive, Tampa International Airport just over 1 hour away and Miami approximately a 4 hour drive.

* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for $30 per night (please note that an additional trip charge of $25 will be added to switch on/off the pool heating outside of your arrival or departure date)
* BBQ hire can be added to your booking for $70 for the first week (or part week) & $35 for any subsequent weeks. This includes the provision of gas. (Please note that an additional trip charge of $25 will be added to unlock/connect the BBQ outside of your arrival or departure date)
* Extras such as welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
