When staying in our home, you’re at the center of one of the most vibrant parts of town–a town that’s often overshadowed by the theme parks, and underrated in its food, culture, and activities. Our neighborhood and surrounding are teeming with amazing things to explore, seemingly tucked around every corner, and constantly changing.
Nestled just north of downtown Orlando, the Mills 50 neighborhood is known for its music, arts, and culture, some of the city's best restaurants and bars (many a short walk away), tree-lined streets, historic bungalows, and beautiful lakes. It's a neighborhood where you can experience the best of both worlds: a hip, lively urban vibe and a quiet, close-knit community feel.

The entire space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home! Note that you may have a neighboring guest in the adjacent garage apartment (with whom you may also be sharing a parking space in the two-car driveway), but both spaces are entirely private and self-contained.
Our two bedroom, two bath home features a kitchen fully stocked with high-quality dinnerware, top-of-the-line appliances, and a wide range of premium accessories. We’re proud to provide local coffee and bottled waters to jump start your visit.
We have high-speed wifi and modern smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, which have many of the popular streaming platforms available for your use. Throughout the home, you'll find charging accessories.
Each bedroom has luggage racks, drawers for clothes, a hanging rack and hangers for shirts and dresses, and voice-enabled alarm clocks. Each bathroom has luxury towels, hand soap, shower essentials, and appliances (e.g hair dryer).
Outside, you’ll find a patio set with a retractable umbrella, as well as an outdoor grill.
Finally, keep it fresh with use of our in-home washer, dryer, iron, and steamer.
Roughly 25 minutes from MCO, guests will have a dedicated parking space, as well as ample street parking surrounding the home. We’re conveniently located in the heart of Orlando, just minutes to downtown, a short drive to Winter Park and surrounding neighborhoods, roughly ten miles to Universal Studios, fifteen miles to UCF, and twenty miles to Disney. Our neighborhood guide is rich with recommendations of fantastic areas to explore. No car? No problem. Our neighborhood is among the most walkable in all of Orlando (it's our favorite way to get around). And in addition to easy access to Uber and Lyft, bike and scooter shares are always easy to find around the neighborhood, the LYMMO bus provides free rides around town, SunRail delivers you to points around Central Florida, and the new Brightline train is now running up and down the east coast to Miami.
No detail has been overlooked in making sure your stay feels like home; we ask only that you treat it in kind. This space best fits low-key, respectful travelers.
