Thoughtfully renovated to create a warm and inviting retreat, this sunny 2 bedroom end-unit condo features a wall of windows that frame an elevated view of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountain ranges.
LIVING AND KITCHEN AREA
The freshly updated living room has new wide plank flooring and leather Nordic-style chairs and ottomans which can be easily turned to enjoy the view or the woodburning fireplace and TV. Sleek motorized shades allow you to filter the sun while still enjoying the view.
The updated, fully stocked kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a sit-up bar, and a pantry with pull-out shelves with plenty of room for your own items. The coffee station features a 14-cup coffee maker and a Keurig, plus K-cups and tea for your first morning's brew.
SPACIOUS, COVERED DECK
The large17’ x 8.5’ covered private deck is furnished with comfortable new Polywood rockers and cocktail table, plus a small grill just the right size to prepare dinner for four people. The private deck overlooks the lively Dillon Marina and the heated swimming pool. (Open in the summer months, the pool and sun deck have awesome views of the mountains and Lake Dillon.)
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Unpack and stay for a while with full size closets, dressers and luggage racks in both bedrooms. The large bedroom windows have both light-blocking shades and sheer curtains so you can customize the light level for sleep. Both bedrooms have individual thermostats, TVs, full length mirrors, tower fans, and reading lights with USB charging ports.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed to accommodate the sleep arrangements your group may need. The second bathroom, with a combination tub-shower, is adjacent to the guest bedroom. Each of the two bathrooms have heated floors, a magnifying mirror and blow dryer.
OTHER AMENITIES
A private, locking ski closet is right outside the front door. Your assigned, covered parking space is one stair flight down from the condo, and an additional non-assigned parking space is available. Also one flight below is a bike rack and the laundry room with two washers and two dryers which operate with quarters or digital payment. We provide clothes hampers, laundry soap, iron and ironing board, and a drying rack.
CONTACTLESS, KEYLESS ENTRY
Your custom access code will be provided prior to your arrival date, and you are free to arrive anytime after 4:00 pm on check in day, and to depart anytime prior to 10:00 am on check out day that is convenient for you. (No need to pick up and drop off keys at a different location at a scheduled time.)

WINTER: Dillon is the perfect home base for all of your ski adventures. Take your pick of world-class ski areas that are easy to access from the condo: Keystone (7 miles; check out the new Bergman Bowl!), Arapahoe Basin (10 miles), Breckenridge (16 miles), Copper Mountain (16 miles), and Vail (31 miles). Cross country skiing is even closer, with the groomed “lake loops” of Lake Dillon just outside the condo and Frisco’s Nordic ski area across the lake.
SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL: Explore miles of trails for sweeping vistas and aspen forests. Stroll to the Dillon Marina to rent kayaks, SUPs, pontoon or sail boats and explore the 27 miles of Lake Dillon’s shoreline, or try your hand at trout fishing. Walk to town to peruse Dillon's summertime Friday Farmer's Market and return to the condo to enjoy a dip in the heated pool (we provide pool towels). Hop on the 55-mile multi-use Recpath just outside the condo door, and cycle along the lake and to the neighboring towns and resorts. Visit the two large outdoor parks for play areas, picnic pavilions, tennis or a game of pick up basketball. At the end of an active day, stop by the waterfront Tiki Bar for a drink before catching a performance at the renowned Dillon Amphitheater.
YEAR ROUND: Centrally located, there are an abundance of restaurants and stores close by. You will find all the outdoor gear you’d like to rent or buy in Dillon at REI or Christy’s Sports. Silverthorne’s outlet malls are just two miles away if you would like to check out great deals at Le Creuset, Williams Sonoma, Columbia, Eddie Bauer, J Crew, and more.
