Upon arrival, relax in the property’s huge 12-person hot tub. You'll find an expansive new back deck with seating for all! In the backyard, the kids have access to a kid’s play set.

Cooking is easy and relaxing in the brand new fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. All appliances are state of the art. If you would prefer to grill, a new gas BBQ is ready for you! Enjoy eating in the dining room with a view of the countryside. After a nice meal, get ready for that walk into the centre for ice cream.
Three bathrooms, all with showers and one with a tub, means there will be no waiting.
Beautiful furnishings and tasteful decorating are a hallmark of this cottage. The living room, particularly, is a great place to relax while viewing the countryside, enjoying the comfortable furniture, gas fireplace and large screen TV with Netflix.
Downstairs you will find a full-sized ping pong table and foosball table to play on!
At bedtime, 6 large bedrooms, 1 king size, 4 queen size, and 2 bunks beds will make your slumbers restful. Fall asleep to the soothing rhythm of the wind in the trees.
Don’t wait too long to book this cottage. Large new cottages of this caliber are a rare find in this area and the best weeks fill up quickly.
Summer weekly rentals run from Friday to Friday. (June 25 - September 10, 2021)
Upon booking, guests are subjected to abide by the rental agreement posted in the cottage. NO parties.
This cottage will not tolerate rowdy groups. Do not book with intentions of partying or being noisy. This cottage rents to families only.
Before sending a booking request please ensure you have the following:
1. A government ID verified by VRBO;
2. No negative reviews;
3. Positive recommendations from other hosts; and
4. *Must be 30 years and older to book*
Also please note there is a maximum of 14 guests (no more than 10 Adults). There is an outdoor camera system and you will be evicted immediately if you exceed this limit.
Hot tub use is limited from 10 am to 8 pm. Use out of this time frame will result in immediate eviction.
Fines:
1. As this is a cottage, no linens, towels, shampoo, etc are provided. It is mandatory that you bring your own sheets and use them, if there is evidence you did not bring your own sheets, there will be a $1,000 fine.
2. Excessive noise has been a serious issue with previous guests, any verified noise complaints will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
3. Hot tub use is limited from 10 am - 8 pm. Use outside of this timeframe will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
4. The number of guests, as per the reservation request, must be respected. If there are any extra guests outside of this, it will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
5. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property, inside and outside, $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
6. Pets are NOT allowed. Pets are not permitted in or on the property. Bringing a pet forfeits your deposit and you will be asked to check-out early without a refund.
