The Villa:
Welcome to Pelican Point!
Once you have parked in the off-road carport, make your way down the stairs through the mature self-sustaining tropical garden. Open the double front doors and come into the open-plan living area with vistas through all the sliding glass doors and windows. Ahh...
*The large open-plan living area, is your relaxed 'home-from-home' communal area, a living room with TV, LP player with lots of records to enjoy, well stocked library, dining area, and well-stocked open-plan kitchen. The large screened glass doors and window thoughout invite the Caribbean breeze.
Sea breezes cool the main living area.
*The en-suite bedrooms are separate from each other for privacy. There is one bedroom on the upper floor, and two bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa on the pool-deck level.
All three bedrooms have new mini-split A/C units. (Please switch off A/C when you are enjoying the sea breeze and sound of the waves in your bedroom, or are going out. We pay about 45 cents a kilowatt!)
Outdoor spaces:
*A wrap-around the upper deck with shaded outdoor dining and BBQ grill easily accessible to the kitchen and dining areas.
*Huge pool deck on lower floor offers both shade and sun seating, with six loungers around the pool, and seating on the point- absolutely stunning for star gazing!
Indoor spaces:
*There is a guest restroom upon entering the villa.
*All bedrooms are private and separate from each other for privacy.
*The 1st sunken bedroom is on the upper level with a spacious en suite bathroom with two basins. All bathrooms have showers.
*Walk down the unique spiral staircase to the lower hall and out to the private pool
*Both the 2nd and 3rd en-suite bedrooms are on the enormous pool deck level that stretches out as if on the bow of your own private yacht.

Mahogany Run is the only premier gated community with 24/7 security personnel on island, and only five minutes drive from beautiful Magens Bay. We are centrally located on the island of St. Thomas between the East End, (where you can take a ferry to St. John), Tutu (grocery shopping), and the airport. Pelican Point Villa is ideally situated on a secluded cul-de-sac. There are a number of quiet estate roads that are wonderful for keeping fit, and you can enjoy the marvelous down island and ocean vistas whether you are a jogger or a more sedate walker.

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will get back 50%. Cancellations 29 days prior to your arrival, receive no refund unless your dates are rebooked by another guest. You are strongly advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance in case you develop COVID or another illness, or are unable to travel for any reason. Mahogany Run Estate is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet time is 10pm-8am.
