Welcome to First Class Finlay! Our luxury aviation-themed townhouse in one of the best suburbs of Melbourne - Albert Park.
It’s only a 8 min walk to the beach, 4 min to some of Melbourne’s best cafe’s, shop's & bars. Or take a Tram to the city. You can even walk to Albert Park Lake (Grand Prix).
This place is very special to us and we have just renovated the entire property with care and attention to detail. Even the bathroom floors are heated... Reward yourself with a First Class experience.

We've taken great care to rebuild this property from the ground up to the highest standards, and the result is a truly unique Airbnb experience.
The aviation theme is tastefully carried throughout the interior, which was designed by the team at Moss Melbourne and expertly renovated by Oceanic Design & Build.
The entire house has heating and cooling with reverse cycle systems in both bedrooms and the main room.
The open and airy layout can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The home is furnished with two queen beds featuring premium mattresses and Dunlopillo luxurious latex classic pillows, it's like sleeping on clouds.
We are also happy to cater to families, providing child bed rails, a portacot & a baby gate for the stairs - just let us know beforehand.
The bedrooms also feature thick premium carpet from Bremworth, providing an extra touch of luxury underfoot. For additional guests, there is a 2.5 seater queen fold-out bed from Koala, regarded as one of the best sofa couch/beds on the market.
Upon entering the townhouse, you'll be greeted with a view of the entire downstairs. The fully integrated kitchen boasts a huge marble island benchtop and a beautiful handmade wooden pendant light that evokes the curved feel of classic wooden propellers in early aviation. This leads into the glass dining table and lounge room, complete with a couch, coffee table, and wall-mounted 65" Sony Bravia UHD 4K TV with an integrated soundbar.
Large glass doors open up onto the well-lit brand-new deck, where you'll find grass walls, loungers, a full outdoor setting, and a small BBQ grill. Skylights throughout the home flood the real hardwood floors with natural light. There is also a full European laundry under the stairs with a washer/dryer combo for your convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a city view, and plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobes, which feature automatic backlighting.
The immaculate bathroom upstairs has been carefully designed with heated floors, a bath, wall to wall mirror, a shower with a huge showerhead, custom-built vanity, and an integrated wall-mounted toilet.
In the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. And when it comes to amenities, we've got you covered with things like; an iron, steamer, hair dryer, towels, soap, coffee, and more.
We've thought of everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.
The house is professionally cleaned, so you can be assured that it will be in immaculate and sanitized condition upon your arrival.

ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE
First Class Finlay is all about having fun and savoring the experience.
PANTRY
The fridge and pantry is stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, breakfast foods and most cooking essentials. Feel free to use them.
Guests are requested to kindly consider the next guest and replace any foods that they finish.
MYKI TRAVEL CARDS
For your convenience Myki Public Transport Cards are provided. Please return the cards when checking out to avoid lost card fee.
PARKING PERMITS
Permits are provided for your convenience. Please ensure you return the permits where you found them by attaching them to the guidebook, there is a lost permit fee.
NO SMOKING
The inside of the house is smoke free.
Guests are welcome to smoke on the deck, but please use an ashtray.
NOISE AND NEIGHBOURS
Please have consideration for the neighbours and the neighbourhood.
Please keep noise and music down after 11:00pm. We all live in close proximity in Albert park and the neighbours respect each other.
NO PARTIES
Guests are welcome to invite visitors to enjoy the property.
Parties or events are not permitted under any circumstances.
LOSS AND BREAKAGES
Things can break, be lost or go wrong.
If they do please advise any loss, mishap or problem as soon as possible.
ENVIRONMENTALLY CONCERNED
Please consider the environment and turn off lights, power and heaters and the heated bathroom floor when not in use. Please use the water wisely and minimise waste. The property is entirely electric and gas free.
FACIAL BLEACHES
Please be careful not to use the towels with any facial skin treatments that may cause bleaching.
RUBBISH
Rubbish bins are provided in the kitchen.
Council general and recyclable waste bins are located in front of the property.
The bins are collected every Monday.
CLEANING
In the laundry you will find household cleaning items such as a dust pan, cleaning cloths and a vacuum cleaner.
EMERGENCY ITEMS
A first aid kit, fire extinguisher and torch is located in the laundry.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage can be stored in top wardrobes, The centre wardrobe with a mirror is great for large travel bags.
LAUNDRY
A laundry is provided under the stairs. The is a basin and a brand new washer/dryer combo. There is also a small clothes drying rack if you prefer.
EXTRA BED LINEN AND TOWELS
Extra bed linen and towels are provided.
Please wash and replace any items used prior to departure.
CHECK IN AND OUT
Check in: Usually after 3pm. or as arranged.
Check out: Usually before 11am. or as arranged.
The cleaners will generally arrive after 11am on the day of departure.
PRE-DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
1. Please check that no personal items have been left behind.
2. Please turn off all air con/heaters and heated bathroom floor.
3. Please clear the fridge of any unwanted items.
4. Please take the rubbish out before you leave, our bins are right out the front.
5. Please wash any dishes and/or stack the dishwasher and turn it on.
6. Leave the beds as is for changing by the cleaners.
7. Place any used towels, mats and face towels in the bath for collection.
8. Make sure to return the parking permits & MYKI.
9. Close and lock the windows and doors on departure.
10. Please pull front street blind down.
11. Please report any lost items, breakages or matters requiring attention.
12. Feel free to write in the guest book!
