Come stay at the Emerald Oasis in a quiet tucked away neighborhood with a pool, gym, private lake access, and fishing dock with outdoor seating. This luxe 3 bedroom house has a beautiful fireplace, a patio with outdoor seating, and a dedicated work space. You will be less than 10 minutes away from plenty of stores, gas, and restaurants. Within a 30 mile radius you can hop over to the Rivers Casino in Portsmouth, Virginia beach for all its tourist attractions, downtown Norfolk and so much more!
Perfect for small groups, Emerald Oasis comfortably fits 7 People. It is a 3 level townhouse end home perfect for families staying in the Hampton Roads area. It features its own theme room, indoor/outdoor seating, and many other nice amenities!
The front door entryway opens to the steps leading to the main level where there is the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room includes a 55 inch Roku tv, fireplace, and luxury furniture. The kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, and coffee maker. And the dining area incorporates 8 seats and leads to the outdoor patio with additional seating.
On top floor, there are 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 1 Bedroom is a King bed with a private ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. Another bedroom is a full bed with comfortable memory foam mattress. And 1 bedroom is a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed also memory foam mattresses for a comfortable sleep. There are extra pillow and blankets in the bedroom closet. We have also provided body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer room on this floor as well.
The basement level of the home has been designed as a theme room with lounge seating. There are fun board games for your enjoyment. This level also includes a dedicated workspace. Lastly, the sliding doors lead to the grassy back yard.
Amenities
Just a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk down the street of this private neighborhood, there is a man made beach with sandy areas for relaxing and a dock for lake fishing or simply sitting to view the beautiful nature around you. Right next to that area is the outdoor pool and indoor gym which you will have a key card that will grant you access to them.
Please Note all reservations booked at the nightly rate accommodate only 8 guests. Any additional guest will be $100 per person per night.
