The home is set back off a main road, neighbors are not visible from the property. Drive 11 minutes to downtown Great Barrington, 5 minutes to the Egremont Barn, 18 minutes to Butternut ski and 14 minutes to Bash Bish Falls.

Guests will be given a lockbox / smart lock code to enter through the back patio door. Guests will have access to the entire home, and property.

This beautifully renovated historic home is ideally located to serve as your perfect home base for exploring all the Berkshires has to offer.

Enter through the covered back porch into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for your group, with a large island that is perfect for meal prep and entertaining, featuring three seats. The dining room table comfortably seats six, and additional seating includes a high chair and a small children's table with two chairs. Just off the kitchen is a screened in porch, for outdoor meals on quiet nights at home.

Enjoy two inviting living spaces on the first floor. The formal living room features an oversized couch and a large stone wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cool Berkshires nights. Additionally, the family room offers a Smart TV and games for your group’s entertainment.

1st Fl In Law Suite: Doors on each end of the first-floor family room can be closed to create a private in-law suite. This suite includes a separate bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower, family room with TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, sink, and mini fridge. The doors can also be left open, for all guests to enjoy these first floor amenities.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where you’ll discover a luxurious primary suite featuring a Queen bed, a cozy reading nook, and a private balcony with views of the hot tub and side yard. The suite includes a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. For added privacy, the door from the main hallway can be closed to transform this area into an exclusive primary suite.

The second floor also houses two additional guest rooms and a full bathroom. The first guest room features a Queen bed, while the second guest room offers two Twin beds. Conveniently located on this floor is a laundry area for easy access.

The expansive private property features a seasonal heated inground pool and a year-round hot tub for guest enjoyment. A stone fire pit with seating, a gas grill with café seating just off the kitchen, and a children's obstacle course in the backyard further enhance the outdoor experience.

Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to explore the Berkshires effectively.

LOCATION: Quiet, private setting off the main road. Easily accessible, neighbors are not visible.
PETS: A small dog may be allowed on a case by case basis, please reach out directly before booking, no multiples. $100 fee will be applied if approved.
PARKING: Driveway parking for multiple cars, please park in front of the garage
POOL / HOT TUB: Pool heated seasonally, hot tub is year-round. The pool will close for the season on 9/15. The area around the pool is fully fenced.
* There are multiple small steps or lifts in different areas of the home, that have been clearly marked with tape.
*1st fl bedroom can easily be converted into a private in-law suite by closing doors on both sides of the area; in-law suite would include full bed, living space, kitchenette, and full bathroom with shower.
