With its expansive views that are breathtaking with natural dunes, beaches and reefs to explore. Within easy walking distance of the Carisbrook Falls, the highest falls in the Otway Ranges. It is the perfect base to explore the region, with the 12 Apostles just an hour and a half away and The Otway Fly, Light Station, Mait's Rest and the Conservation Centre even closer.
An over sized open plan lounge area with panoramic views is fitted with ceiling fans to keep the air fresh and moving in the Summer months. Split system units control the temperature in the two main bedrooms (the smaller bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan).
The 4th bedroom is actually a fully self-contained stylish apartment that is connected with internal doors. The self contained compromises of a queen bed with quality linen, and ensuite with a spa bath. A cozy lounge area with a split system heating/air conditioning for the summer months. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and crockery you need to enjoy your own meals and provides cooktop/oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and is equipped with pantry staples such as tea/coffee/oil.

LINEN SUPPLIED
We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels
Pets: Pets are welcome here however we ask that you bring your own beddings and bowls etc. When you leave there are extra cleaning requirements. Also please note that the home has secure fencing in the garden area but other guests in the main house may also have a dog during your stay.

BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking. If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10:00am unless specified and agreed otherwise.
Early Check-ins and Late checkouts are subject to availability and incur additional fees of $50.00 per hour.
Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guest's behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Strictly no parties or events allowed.
