Welcome to the Tree House!
The house is in a sunny, sheltered spot with a private, covered deck amongst the native trees. Down a shared driveway, once you close the door you're in your own private space. Relax at home, head to one of Auckland's famous west coast beaches, or pop up to Titirangi village with its cafes, shops, restaurants, and a monthly market.
It's comfortable with three good-sized bedrooms. Inside is open-plan living with kitchen, dining, and lounge and a private outlook to the trees and garden. The covered deck is a warm spot to read and relax in (make sure you try the basket chair!) You’ll often see tui and kereru looping through the trees.

THINGS TO DO IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

THINGS TO DO IN AUCKLAND
• Head into Auckland city and visit Kelly Tarlton’s Aquarium and see the sharks, stingrays, and other amazing sea life. See NZ's best collection of live penguins doing what penguins do best. This is a great place to visit for all ages. If you have watched "The Blue Planet" you can see the wildlife featured close up!
• Take the bus or the train into Auckland CBD, and check out the new Commercial Bay Mall and food court. Take a wander up High Street, and Auckland’s eclectic Karangahape ‘K’ Road.
• Visit Waiheke Island and do a tour of the vineyards.
• Visit the Auckland Museum to explore the history of Aotearoa/New Zealand complete with Maori artefacts and textiles. There is a great interactive kids section and a newly purchased T-Rex to visit and the museum is situated in the beautiful Auckland Domain and Winter Gardens.
• Visit the Auckland Art Gallery to see Maori, Pacific, and European Art. The gallery is child friendly and has an interactive children's area.
• Visit Sky Tower for panoramic views of Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf. Go on a fine day to get the best of your admission. There is a revolving restaurant there for meals.

Keys are available in a lockbox outside the property. You’ll be given a code to the lockbox when you book. Please keep the lock-box closed and locked, and return the keys to the lockbox when you leave.

• Check-out is at 10am.
• Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout.
