This large and spacious double-storey home takes in water views from the upstairs balcony and is perfect for family and friend gatherings.
Sunset on the Strip sleeps 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home is newly furnished and very well located with a 5 min drive to Smiths Beach.
THE SPACE
You can relax and unwind in the living room with the open fireplace and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony.
Spacious laundry and bathrooms including double shower in one bathroom.
There is a great deck that has a BBQ available. Lots of backyard space that is fully fenced for your pets and/or kids to run around.
Bring your family or friends to have quality time together at our space.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Split system heating and cooling in the living area - Each bedroom has a wall-mounted electric heater but no cooling.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or police are called this could affect your bond and we have the reserve the right to evict guests.
