Welcome to your perfect lakeside retreat on the pristine waters of Smith Lake! Five bedroom house located conveniently in Bremen, Alabama. You will love spending time with your family and friends at this house! Living areas on main level and downstairs, with televisions in each living room.The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Step outside onto the spacious deck, and you'll be treated to an outdoor living space that's perfect for savoring the breathtaking lake views.

Two separate living areas and decks across the entire rear of house with separate sitting areas. Big water views and deep water to float and jump off 2 story dock, but no waves or boat traffic since it is tucked back in the cove....the best of both worlds.

You will have privacy and feel secluded, but you are in the one of the best parts of the lake, close to Duskin Point, Trident Marina and Grille, the dam; and nature lovers will love the 2 acres of land with deer, turkey, birds and wildlife.

Solar power on the dock. Double decker dock, with swim pier and ladder. Approximately 40 steps down to the dock. The boat slip is not available for guest's use. However, there is plenty of room to tie up to the side of the dock.

Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
