• THE ESTATE
A modern loft of 200 square meters divided on two floors, part of the splendid country estate "Villa Gentili". One of its main assets is undoubtedly its position: in the heart of the area where the famous sparkling wine Prosecco DOCG is produced, on the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
The Super Loft is located in Vittorio Veneto (Treviso province), just 4 km from the historic city center. The splendid position also means that in one hour it is possible to reach both the wonderful DOLOMITES with its international tourism centers (CORTINA, the best known of many) for summer and winter sports, the wonderful city of Venice and the beloved seaside resorts of the Adriatic Sea on the Italian, Slovenian and Croatian coasts (Bibione, Lignano, Trieste).
The estate is in the heart of what was once the glorious Republic of Venice and in a very short time it is possible to reach VENICE (both by car and by train) and all the other world famous cities in Veneto: Verona, Padua, Treviso and Vicenza , in addition to all the smaller medieval cities, full of jewels of art and architecture (Palladio villas, to name the best known). VITTORIO VENETO, the city where the estate is located, can be considered a jewel city, with its Roman remains and medieval buildings.
The estate is located in a quiet and secluded area, a few minutes by car (half an hour on foot) from the city, with 1 minute away from the highway leading to Venice, Belluno, Verona, Padua, Trieste, the sea and on the Austrian border.
• THE LOFT
Restored 10 years ago and recently renovated, this welcoming and elegant independent LOFT is structured on two floors and unique in its kind.
With its own separate entrance on the back of the Villa and its parking spaces, the apartment looks like a harmonious mix between a country house and a modern loft. From the entrance the apartment is divided into 2 main areas:
- Ground Floor: approximately 45 square meters with an independent bedroom (two single beds or a double bed) and connected WC/bathroom.
- First Floor: this is the main part. An elegant Open Space divided into 3 large areas: the large living / dining area (about 70 square meters) with a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6-8 people and a relaxation area with sofa (can be converted into a double bed) and armchair. This area is also characterized by 2 large arched windows overlooking the main park and a bathroom with shower.
The second area (about 60 square meters), accessible through a large opening, consists of a small fitness area, the main bedroom area (1 large king size bed) and a rest area with a comfortable sofa. This room has 3 large windows with a splendid view of the park and surrounding hills.
The third area, accessible from another large opening, is intended exclusively for the main master bathroom (about 25 square meters) which features a beautiful Jacuzzi-style whirlpool bath (2x1.5 meters with waterfall, heated water, whirlpool, bubbles and internal / external lights to create a relaxing atmosphere), a large shower and a secondary area for sanitation. An area created exclusively for your comfort and relaxation.
On the ground floor, next to the entrance, there is also the laundry room with all the cleaning tools, the vacuum cleaner, the washing machine and the laundry area.
An outdoor gazebo with table, 6 wooden chairs and stone barbeque is available your exclusive use. It is located a few meters from the Loft front door, with a splendid view of the park and hills.

THE SWIMMING POOL IS AVAILABLE TO THE GUESTS FOR THEIR EXCLUSIVE USE, FROM 10 AM TO 6 PM, FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY (except Sunday for maintenance).
A modern swimming pool decorated with an elegant stone floor and a large fountain in the same pink stone that can be seen in other parts of the Villa. The swimming pool is located at the top of the small hill at the back of the park and can be reached from an avenue that climbs between the vineyard and a row of large cypress trees (about 1 min walk). The swimming pool is under the sun from sunrise to sunset. It is surrounded and hidden by trees and bushes and has maximum privacy. From this area you have a splendid view of the beautiful landscape and Prosecco hills.
At your disposal two outdoor showers with hot water, two very elegant cabins, beach beds, chairs and two large umbrellas.
A semicircular wall about 10 meters long, with the aforementioned pink fountain and a pink stone bench that extends for the entire length, separates the relaxation area of ​​the pool from the raised gazebo which can be reached from both sides the Wall.
• IMPORTANT FEATURES:
- All beds have new high quality mattresses and are equipped with two pillows for each guest (one in memory foam) + two complete sets of sheets for each bed.
- All bathrooms have two complete sets of towels (shower, face, intimate hygiene) for each guest, liquid soap and toilet paper.
- First floor is in bamboo wood, very elegant and comfortable.
- Excellent internet connection. Smart TV connected to the internet to see your Netflix, Amazon and other personal accounts.
- Private parking for one car a few meters from the entrance to the Loft. Second parking lot at the entrance of the property.
- An area of ​​the large main bedroom is structured for fitness with: multifunction station, weights with bench, dumbbells up to 25 kg, punching bag.
- 3 air conditioning systems: 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
- Large hot tub (2x1.5 meters with fountain, heated water, whirlpool and internal / external lights to create atmosphere).

• EXTRA:
A second ancient circular gazebo (about 6 meters wide) with an impressive large round table and hand-cut pink stone benches, all covered by a centenary wisteria, stands on the hill a few meters from the swimming pool with a splendid 360 ° view on the city and on the green Prosecco hills.
There is a table tennis table (ping pong) available.
The property is completely closed by bushes, walls and wire mesh.
The estate also claims a vineyard, where the owners produce around 400 liters of a good selection of Merlot / Cabernet.
• WHAT MAKES THIS HOUSE UNIQUE?
From the dining room / living room, through two large arched windows, you have a beautiful view of the main park with a view of the surrounding Prosecco hills.
The swimming pool is located at the top of the hill at the back of the property, from where it dominates the surrounding area and offers a 360 degree panoramic view (Prosecco hills, surrounding villages and Venetian Prealps). Very relaxing and quiet area, it will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful days of spring and summer, in great relaxation.
The highway is only 2 km from the property and offers direct access to all the major tourist attractions in the area (Venice, Cortina, Dolomites, Verona, Padua, Trieste).
• HOUSE RULES
- It is not allowed to invite other guests besides those who have booked. Contact the owner in time if you have extra needs.
- No smoking in the house. Outside or in the swimming pool you can smoke freely. Just outside the main entrance you can find a gazebo with table and chairs where you can smoke in peace. External ashtrays provided.
- The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests from 10 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Saturday (Sunday excluded for maintenance).

• A LITTLE HISTORY OF THE PROPERTY
Villa Gentili was the country property of a wealthy family who also owned a palace in Venice: the Gentili. It was built between the end of the eighteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth.
It was the seat of the Austrian occupying command during the First World War and has always been present in local history.
My family bought the property about thirty years ago and since then we are improving and restoring it, respecting its great charm: it has become a place full of natural beauty, a historic building made easily livable by modern technologies.
