Our house with 4 apartments located in the health resort Werdum.
Neuharlingersiel, Carolinensiel, Harlesiel, Bensersiel and Esens are nearby and can be reached in a few minutes. Our apartments are all lovingly furnished, so you can spend here with us "the best time of the year".
The apartments can accommodate 1 - 6 people + 2 children. All apartments have a very spacious living-dining area with open kitchen.
The apartments on the ground floor have a separate terrace with garden furniture and the apartments upstairs have a balcony. There is also a beautiful garden in the back of the house, which invites you to linger and can be used by all guests.
The pet park, with its rare breeds of domestic animals, is nearby and is a unique experience for "young and old".
Our cottage ..
On the ground floor there are two apartments with 120 m² and 70 m². A staircase in the entrance hall leads to the upper floor, there are two other apartments with 83 m² and 74 m².
On the ground floor is also the utility room, where a washing machine and a dryer are. These can be used subject to availability.
Behind the house is our "park" - similar garden with seating and charcoal grill.
Apartment 4:
This apartment is located upstairs and can accommodate up to 4 people and 2 children in an extra bed with a size of 74 m².
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom. The open living-dining area leads directly onto the loggia. In the living area is a sofa bed. Here dogs are welcome. This apartment is a Non smoking apartment.

Low season (NS): 63 € *
* Prices are per night for 2 people, each additional person we charge with 5 €. Occupancy with max. 4 persons and 2 children. The guests must be indicated by name and date of birth at the time of booking.

The spa contribution is a municipal tax and not included in the rent. The landlord must collect the Kurbeitrag and to the home and traffic association Werdum e. V. forward.

Cancellation:
The cancellation fee for cancellations is generally 80% of the rental price. We will of course try to rent the apartment elsewhere. Of course, we do not charge you any fees for the days on which this succeeds.

The final cleaning is optional and is for apartment 4: 75 € (included in the rental price.)
