The living rooms are spacious with tasteful furniture and plenty of room for many people to spread out and enjoy appetizers or drinks. There are huge windows that give beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, as well as plenty of natural light. There's a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy. With two dining tables, there's space for 12 people to enjoy a meal together.
The full kitchen has beautiful marble countertops, an enormous center island, and all the proper amenities to prepare meals for a large or small group. There are double ovens and room for the family chef to whip up a memorable feast. With five bedrooms in this lovely home, you can keep a group of friends or large family comfortable for days. Each room has a queen-size bed with plush bedding and space for spreading out your things. The main bedroom has a full, private en suite bathroom attached with a luxurious tub. There is another full and half bath in this home for guests to enjoy. The entire house has new carpets, paint, and counters, and while there is not a TV or cable, you will have WiFi, a patio, a private washer and dryer, and space for guests to sleep comfortably. Beautifully situated on 20 acres of a tree nursery, this home is perfect for gathering together. Just southeast of the Portland metro area, Boring offers a location away from the crowds, but with easy access to urban fun in the city. In winter, the fantastic skiing and snowboarding of Mt. Hood is about 30 miles away. In summer, you'll find plentiful hiking trails, golf courses, and rivers and streams for fishing. Gresham is just seven miles away for easy access to grocery stores and whatever supplies you may need. If you're feeling more into the city vibes, you can always head to Portland, and the town of Sandy is just a short drive away with many options for hiking, fishing, and playing around the Sandy River. The white slopes of Mt. Hood Meadows, Timberline, and Ski Bowl are a driving distance from this home, so you could drive up and enjoy the cool air of Mt. Hood during the day and retreat somewhere warmer at night. There are tons of options for activities near this home, as well as the beautiful views of Mt. Hood and the surrounding countryside.

*The owner just installed an entirely new HVAC system, including replacing all of the ductwork, in order to eliminate any concerns about the upstairs not cooling off in the summertime.
*Dear guest, please note that this home is in a working nursery. Due to this, workers come and go, plus the nursery manager lives on the property. They will not interfere with your stay as the home is set off to the side of the property.
*There is a zero-tolerance for extra guests at any time. Only registered guests are allowed. Violating the max occupancy of 12 people or having unregistered guests may result in eviction from the premises with no refund.
*Please note: This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
