Tatum Highlands - Dog Friendly ~ Enjoy your stay in Phoenix, Arizona at this lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. Spacious floor plan & modern style! Located just North of Desert Ridge, and 15 mins away from Scottsdale. Great location and quiet neighborhood! Close to Desert Ridge Marketplace, under 20 mins to TPC Scottsdale, The Scottsdale Quarter, Mayo Clinic, Envita Healthcare, and Westworld of Scottsdale. Many great stores, restaurants and nightlife close by.
Entering the home, you'll find the family room to the right, and a staircase leading to 3 of the 4 bedrooms by the door. The home is furnished very modern with comfortable furniture and elegant touches. The family room has two sofas that look towards the mounted 85" Smart TV that sits above a wooden console table. To the right of the sofas is a dining table that can seat up to four people.
Walking past the family room, you'll find the kitchen to the right and the living room to the left. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, a sectional sofa, and a 75" Smart TV sitting on top of a console table. The kitchen is open-concept with the living room and has stainless steel appliances, blue and white cabinets, and quartz countertops. Just past the living room sits a coffee bar that includes a Keurig with a built-in espresso machine.
The first guest bedroom and bathroom is located downstairs, just to the right of the coffee bar. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed w/ 2 nightstands and lamps, a chest dresser, and a 55" Smart TV. The guest bathroom has a single-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. This is the only first-floor bedroom, the rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs.
Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom and two other guest bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed w/ 2 night stands w/ lamps, a long dresser w/ 55" Smart TV sitting on top of it, and chest dresser. The master bathroom is attached, which includes a walk-in closet, dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Down the hall is the 3rd and 4th bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands w/ lamps, and a dresser chest. The fourth bedroom is set up as a kids room. The third bedroom has a twin-size trundle bed (2 mattresses in total), and a single twin-sized bed. This room also has a 55" TV that sits on top of a console table.
The laundry room is located upstairs.
A big appeal to this home is a large, grassy backyard. The backyard is perfect for kids to play, or yard games. The backyard has a covered patio with an outdoor sitting area and BBQ grill. It's a very nice relaxing spot to sit and watch the cool breeze move through the trees.
The 3-car garage is sectioned off where 2 spaces are usable for parking. One space (the 1 car garage), is set up as an at-home gym. The gym includes yoga mats, free weights, kettlebells, and a weight bench. Guests are welcome to use the gym.

~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
