We run a working sheep farm located in central NY, far enough from civilization to see the stars at night, but not so far that you can't easily access all that our quaint rural towns have to offer.
Enjoy the tasty treats of the Waterville Standard Bakery, about a 5 minute drive, before exploring the Brookfield trail network on foot, bike or horseback. A beautiful hike that leads to waterfalls is at Chittenango Falls State Park only 35 minutes away. If a slower pace is more your style, peruse the many local antique shoppes or immerse yourself in local history at the Waterville Historical Society. There is something for everyone in central NY!

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.
Group Camping: We welcome campers with larger parties, but the standard Tentrr setup only includes the canvas tent plus the additional pop-up dome tent. You may need and are encouraged to bring additional camping gear of your own if you plan on camping with a large party.
Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. You may have as many campers in your party up to the maximum limit that is set for the listing, but please note that the only bed provided as a standard amenity is the one set up inside the canvas tent.
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Please DO: Come ready for a GREAT camping experience and contact us before your booking to let us know what time you will arrive! Request additional amenities in advance to ensure availability. We include camp firewood for ALL camper reservations! Visit tentrr.com and search "Parkwood Farm" to find our site and the optional extras we offer. Our site includes an outhouse building and a pop up canopy tent for the picnic area. We also include a single camp cot, additional cot available under our extras. Book early in the autumn to see the magnificent fall foliage in this region of New York State. Arrive in a suitable 4WD vehicle to enjoy drive-in access to our camp. Access is through our pastures and may be slippery, depending on the weather. Email us before booking your stay if you plan to bring your four-legged family, for the safety of your pets (and our livestock!)

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please reach out to Tentrr Customer Support. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf.
