On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a 6-burner stove, dishes, and accessories leads to a spacious dining room with a large table and a magnificent wood-burning fireplace. From here, you can access a bathroom with shower, where there is a washing machine for guests' use.
Also on the ground floor, an independent external entrance allows access to the double bedroom, which has a private en-suite bathroom suitable for disabled guests, complete with a flush-fitted shower.
Another external door opens onto the other area of the ground floor, which houses a cozy relaxation area with sofas and the staircase leading to the first floor of Tenuta Le Fontanelle.
Climbing the internal staircase, you reach the sleeping area of the villa.
The master double bedroom is very bright thanks to the two windows overlooking the garden. In this room, an additional single bed can be added upon request. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower.
