The Avia 19 foot 2020 travel trailer is our latest addition to Scottland Yard farm!
If you've ever dreamed of camping on a farm in a traditional travel trailer, here is your chance!
The Avia, by Nucamp has everything you need for a cut above glamping experience. This camping space has air conditioning, heat, kitchen, bath, dining, all contained within.
it has a super cool awning that has lights around it. A 8x16 deck with a bistro table and grill. you also have your own campfire pit to enjoy!
No animals and no children allowed to stay in the Avia, it is not setup for it.
Minimum 2 night stay if booking on a Friday
cleaning fee is 60.00

We are a family run business.
You will see our grandchildren and little helpers scurrying about. The natural pool is open to our guests from 10am- 9pm. Every child 5 and under, or any non swimmer, must provide their own life jacket when in or around the pond. If any non swimmers are occupying the space without a life-jacket, they will be asked to leave the area. Swim at own risk- no lifeguard on duty
Scottland Yard community consists of several small clustered homesteads. Each Sunday is 'Sunday funday' BBQ at Scottland Yard from 2-7pm. Monday-Thursdays from 2-6 we have family swimming at Scottland Yard. Our guests often join us for this joyful time. If you happen to arrive or are enjoying the facilities during these hours, please know that you're welcome to join us if you wish!
Come enjoy our little piece of paradise. We are located 10 easy miles from Ithaca NY in the beautiful Finger lakes region! we are less than 1/2 day trips from NYC, NJ, PA, Rochester and Buffalo.
We have consistantly been Airbnb super host for 6 years! We have seasonal glamps and cabins, but are now offering our favorite little hideaway year round!
Enjoy the gentle peaceful flow of life just breathing the sweet air here at Scottland Yard farm.
There are over 200 wineries in the Fingerlakes Region and many are within an hours drive. The closest one to us is Six Mile Creek Vineyard about 5 miles away. Visit waterfalls or state parks such as Buttermilk Falls, Taughannock, Robert H. Treman State Park, and Ithaca Falls
Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM. please be conscious and respectful of other guests.
Kitchen stove, sink, counters pots, pans mustard be cleaned. Dishes must be cleaned dried and put away after each use before leaving the area!
We have a small Mercantile for shopping camp supplies, including charcoal, firewood, smores kits and roasting sticks, local wine and beer, breakfast snacks, eggs and toothbrushes.
We also have a small boutique with jewelry, dresses, incense, handmade soaps and other fun things found while traveling. There is a natural pool, swinging tree hammocks, childrens playground, bistro tables everywhere, coin op laundry mat with 2 washers and 2 dryers and plenty of farmland to explore! We boarder the lush and lovely Hammond Hill State forest. The barns and pastures are restricted from guests entrance.

There are fireworks (that can be heard) nearby at the neighbors homestead. Our July 4th weekend guests are invited to attend the neighborhood display. The display is not on our property. Our farm is located close enough that the fireworks are still loud.
