This rustic beauty will offer you more than you can imagine, and the nearest beach and the clean Adriatic Sea will be at your fingertips, just 50 metres from the villa.
Villa Paradise Escape was built in a rustic construction style, and it opens its doors for a maximum of 8 people. You have 350 m2 of living space at your disposal, while the total area of the property is an incredible 7,500 m2. The house and land are completely surrounded by plants and trees, and the Mediterranean atmosphere is complemented by a beautiful sea view from every corner of the house. In this way, you have the opportunity to enjoy a completely fenced plot with a private pool, in an area where there are almost no neighbouring houses.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the upper floor), three of which have a double bed (1x180x200) and (2x160x200), and one bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) that can be join in marriage. Likewise, the villa has 4 ensuite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and the remaining three have a shower cabin.
On the ground floor of this villa there is a living room with armchairs, a sofa and coffee tables. Of course, there is also a TV and a romantic fireplace. You will prepare delicious meals for the whole family in the beautifully decorated kitchen, and there is also a dining room with a dining table.
The outdoor terrace will completely delight you thanks to the heated swimming pool of 45 m2, 1.4 - 2 metres deep. The pool is heated only in the period from 01.06. – 01.10. Next to it there are 2 umbrellas and 8 sunbeds for sunbathing and resting. The pool is heated by solar panels and is available free of charge depending on the weather.
There is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace, and an outdoor covered dining table. Children will surely enjoy the large and beautifully decorated garden, where there is enough space to play and have fun, and the entertainment available is Netflix, table tennis and 1 SUP. Guests have direct access to the beach and the road to the beach is paved. A path through the yard leads to it, and it is located right below the villa. Murvica beach on Brač is a small piece of paradise and is full of pebbles scattered under the green slopes of the island where you will be able to explore the depths of the sea and enjoy with family and friends.
