The Durham features ducted heating and cooling throughout the home. A wood fireplace has been appointed to the front sitting room. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a ceiling fan, and bedroom 3 features a pedestal fan.

Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
