- Enjoy every season using this location as your home base. From here you can fish in numerous local rivers and lakes, tube down the river, hike in fantastic Manning Park (an hour away), hunt, snowmobile, toboggan, snowshoe, cross-country ski, bird-watch and gold pan.
- The Trans-Canada Trail / Kettle Valley Rail Trail / Great Trail are located nearby.
- The town of Princeton is 5 Km away and is a super-friendly, quaint town that has a Save-On Foods grocery store, two liquor stores, several excellent restaurants and independent coffee shops, a pub, a fenced dog park, a hair salon, a hospital, a curling rink, a bowling alley and a skating rink (that hosts the local Princeton Posse Junior B hockey team).
The entire home is for your enjoyment, however we lock the fourth room which is our office. This does not cut down the size described in our listing.
We do not live in Princeton full time, so we will be available by phone only. If you require assistance for matters you are unable to care for, we can request someone to assist you.
Our 2 acre private property is in a quiet sub-division, a large part of the property is rustic so use of outside is mainly around the outside perimeter of the home and Deck. There is a public swimming hole a short walk away (north of the property at the end of the road) which is also known to be a good fishing spot. There are several lakes nearby that offer year round enjoyment (including ice fishing in the winter). We are happy to have friendly neighbours and Princeton itself is a small, super-hospitable town 5 Km away with a grocery store, liquor store, outdoor supply store, pub, several amazing restaurants and a few fast-food restaurants. Lots of parking available.
Our home is 5 Km from the main township of Princeton BC, you will want to have a vehicle to get around as it is a small town and we have no transit system available.
Camping, tenting and RV's staying on the property are allowed, but notice must be given in advance and there will be an additional fee (to be determined).
